The transportation on this trip is designed for you to travel through Ethiopia in a relaxed way and enjoy to the fullest the daily life of the country. The vehicles for this tour are 4x4. These vehicles reach everywhere, are comfortable, safe and powerful.

You can choose the type of accommodation you want. It can be basic, camping, 4* hotels or in some areas, luxury.

Local hotels are cheap and generally clean. However, they can present water or light cuts during your stay but they offer a service to the maximum of their capabilities.

4* hotels are equipped with all services to meet the needs of their guests: rooms with private bathroom, hot water, restaurant, bar, internet on occasion, etc. They are usually located in beautiful natural surroundings and have special views.

The traveler should bear in mind that he/she can face power cuts and the inconveniences that entails in some cities. Fortunately, these cuts are becoming less frequent due to the construction of hydroelectric dams to supply the population.

Camping in Ethiopia is very basic, without any infrastructure, but of great scenic beauty. If you want, you can camp inside a tribal village in the Omo Valley. A very, very wild experience…

We do not include lunch and dinner to give you more freedom. Sometimes you might not feel like having dinner, or you prefer to just have a juice. Contrary to what one might think, in Ethiopia there are restaurants everywhere, open throughout the day, with local and western food, tasty, cheap and in abundance.
